More about TDMS Files 

TDMS (Test Data Management System) files are a proprietary file format used to store test data generated by National Instruments hardware and software. These files are commonly used in test and measurement applications, as well as data acquisition and automation systems.  

The problem with TDMS files is that they are not easily readable or accessible by other programs or systems. This makes it difficult for users to analyze, visualize, or share their test data. This is where iTestSystem comes in, allowing users to convert TDMS files to Excel (XLS) files, which can be easily opened and viewed in Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet software.  

One of the key features of iTestSystem is its ability to convert multiple TDMS files to Excel (XLS) files in a single batch process.
